Star window cookies, made by crushing hard candies and placing in the middle of the stars when you bake. They will melt down and look like glass. A silpat would help with these but I think you could bake them on normal wax paper and not have sticking issues.

York peppermint brownies! Use your favorite brownie recipe, even a mix. Pour half of mixture in pan, top with peppermint patties, then pour the other half of the brownie mix on top. Bake as directed. You could also do this with Oreos, peanut butter cups, or any of you favorites!
