In the pan...low low heat so every thing cooks inside and Naan is not burnt.....
Basically the topping is just flat leaf torn up parsley rough cut tomatoes /peppers and avocado......In my local IGA there are now about 20 different selections of flat breads you could use.I do a brunch style one like this too with bacon and eggs in and mushrooms so got to now play around and see which #YIAH spices will enhance it
